Erl – Mit einer ausverkauften Matinee am Dreikönigstag gingen die Tiroler Winter-Festspiele in Erl zu Ende.

Draußen klirrende Kälte drinnen wohlige Wärme und emsiges Treiben. Die Tiroler Winter Festspiele gehen erfolgreich in die Zielgerade mit 97% Auslastung oder 8000 Besucher bei 13 Veranstaltungen. Mit einem feierlichen Konzert am Drei Königstag verabschiedet sich das Festival von seinem zahlreich erschienen Publikum… 

Traditionsgemäß beenden die Tiroler Festspiele Erl am Dreikönigstag ihre Wintersaison mit einem festlichen Abschlusskonzert.

This season, Maestro Daniele Rustioni begins his tenure as the Met’s Principal Guest Conductor, taking the podium for a minimum of two operas per season over the next three years. The dynamic Italian sat down with the Met’s Jay Goodwin to reminisce about the electrifying past performances that led to this new partnership and discuss what’s in store going forward.

In his first appearance as the Met’s new Principal Guest Conductor Daniele Rustioni whipped his wonderful orchestra through to the incandescent final few minutes – as Chénier and Maddalena fearlessly prepare for death – with a Romantic sweep.

Maestro Daniele Rustioni, the Met’s Principal Guest Conductor will take the podium on Saturday, December 13 to conduct the Live in HD performance of Andrea Chénier, streaming to cinemas around the world at 1:00PM ET. The Giordano opera stars soprano Sonya Yoncheva and tenor Piotr Beczała.

Italy, the birthplace of opera. La Scala, its iconic home. Within its gilded red and gold walls, opera, ballet, and symphony. Its neoclassic structure an ode to art and architecture. Acoustics so perfect, no microphones allowed.

Pekka Kuusisto joins the TMSO roster as Chief Conductor, and Daniele Rustioni as Principal Guest Conductor. Kazushi Ono, Alan Gilbert, Kazuhiro Koizumi and Eliahu Inbal continue to collaborate with the orchestra.

Dirigent Daniele Rustioni überzeugt durch eine ernsthafte Auseinandersetzung mit der Musik von Pietro Mascagni.

Dabei ist Rustioni der ideale Mann für beide Stücke. Seine Emotionalität, sein Feuer, seine Lust, auch spontan etwas aus dem Bayerischen Staatsorchester herauszukitzeln, passt für diese Partituren.

À l’occasion du dernier concert qu’il a dirigé en tant que directeur musical, l’Opéra National de Lyon a tenu à lui rendre hommage.

Dans ce dernier épisode nous parlons de la carrière de Daniele Rustioni à l’Opéra de Lyon où il a été nommé chef principal depuis 2017. Une expérience qui a comblé le jeune chef.

Il revient sur ses premiers postes et sur la manière dont il a constitué son répertoire : Théâtre Mikhailovski de Saint-Pétersbourg (2008 / 2009), directeur musical du Teatro Petruzzelli de Bari (2012‐ 2014) puis l’Orchestre de la Toscane (2011-2020)...

Dans ce troisième épisode, Daniele Rustioni revient sur les grandes figures de chefs qui l’ont inspiré. Après Ricardo Muti à la Scala, il se souvient de Carlo Maria Giulini, un exemple qui l’accompagne encore aujourd’hui.
